What kind of hp gains can you get out of a stock internal 1.6l miata with a aftermarket cam? What company's in us make a good miata cam?

Without MegaSquirt? I'd venture zero gain, or at the very least, very very little gain.

I've dyno'd two bone stock engines with standard I/H/E, one did 124hp and 115ft/lbs, the other did 116hp and 108ft/lbs.

Do that first, everything else is a waste until you remove the AFM.

Then get a 1.8 for the same price as a cam and get more gain than a cam would.
