Default MS1 w/ built engine won't start. Please flex your grey matter!

90 chassis w/ms1 standalone. 99 head, intake manifold, aem wideband, id1000 injectors, and cops.

About a month ago I finished up the car and started putting it back together. Car ran then(didn't have the iat installed at the time) about 2 weeks ago I went to finish the exhaust and she refused to start. Fuel pump went bad, so I swapped in the stock one.

I put in the iat sensor and went to crank it up and it wouldn't start. Then I disconnected the iat sensor and it ran on one cylinder. Shitty.

Pulled the plugs and checked spark. Got it. Then I checked timing. Good to go. Then I checked out each cylinder. 3 out of 4 were wet with fuel. Anybody have any ideas? Also I have a ground going to the block and a separate one to the intake manifold.

Is there anything I can check with ms to try finding a solution? Any help is appreciated!

Upload your tune and a log of you trying to start it.

Are you sure you are getting crank signal?

I'll upload the log later today.

Getting crank signal to ms? Pretty sure I am. I pulled all the plugs and watched them all light off. Maybe the injectors aren't firing...but that doesn't make sense because the plugs/pistons were wet for three of the cylinders.
