Anyhow we had at least 500 Miatas last time, and we will probably get double that this time around

This year its at the Tampa Bay Bucs Stadium (Tampa, Florida)

Anyhow we have raffle prizes from Moss that recently arrived

I just got my hotel booked. I am currently working on getting everything prepped to bring down. Should have a few full setups for sale at a decent discount that day.

 

We should organize a gathering of out of towners sometime that weekend.

 

Sounds fun, I'll have to see if I can get away and make it down there.

 

I'm just going to make a day trip of it, but I'd love to actually meet some of the miataturbo regulars in person.

 

I have 3 kegs of craft beer I need help finishing!

 

I am not sure what time I am getting in Friday night. I also am going home after the event.

 

Ryan_g, you're my new best friend! Disposing of craft beer is one of my greatest skills.

Ryan_G might have enough beer on tap but has limited parking. Same with Lee's grocery. Brew Hub is good but far. Probably should have it somewhere on the water with a view rather than a hood neighborhood like mine. Someplace scenic? Someplace...

 

Mermaid Tavern and The Independent are not too far away and good for beer, I hear Datz is nice too but I haven't been there. There's a World of Beer close to the stadium as well. None of those places are at all scenic. Whiskey Joe's and the Beach Bar on rocky point are close by with a bunch of water front seating. The beer selection and food are nothing special though.
