So i went threw the process of relearning the tps sensor for the nissan 240 on this car on aem pro. But car still wont drive or idle right. If you try and hold gas pedal to 3k rpms its jumping all over the place. 5spd

 

if you are using the stock 1.6 tps, it doesnt do anything. it is just an on/off switch and not variable at all.

 

Its a variable.. i followed the instrutions in the other forum

 

The TPS is different on the manual versus auto transmission (1.6). Jesse is correct regarding the manual version of the TPS; it is a three position switch. It's a different story with the auto version.

I'm also curious if anyone has used the auto TPS?

 

Its the same tps sensor from the forum on this site 1991 240sx 5spd. On my 1990 1.6 5spd
