Default stock VVT head vs boost: valve spring limit

Google-fu must be weak today, cuz I can't find a simple answer.

How many lbs of boost should a 100% stock VVT head see before the valve springs need to be upgraded? Not sure this would factor into the equation, but 8.6:1 CR & 7K redline FWIW.
