1990 1.6 Turbo Initial Tune Check
Hi all,
I'm just completing a Kraken turbo kit with a 2560R Garrett which has their EV14 injectors and I have an SpeedyEfi PNP kit. At the moment I have a 10psi manual spring on the turbo with an EBC in the mail from SpeedyEFI.
I wanted to see if I have the VE, Spark, and AFR tables the ball park.
As well, it is difficult to cold start so any pointers for this would be appreciated too.
I've placed the tune here: https://tunes.speeduino.com/#/t/kkHP...gine_constants
Thanks!

At a glance spark and AFR seem reasonable. You could probably lean it out in cruise depending on what KPA you're seeing at highway speeds, but I don't see that causing any issues. If you're hitting your AFR targets then your VE table is good.
Check your PWM cranking table in the Idle settings. You're at 0 for anything above freezing, so the engine's not going to get much air when cranking. Try setting that to something like 45. You'll probably want to increase the Cranking enrichment at cold temps as well (IE 0-40 C or 32-100 F).

Thanks I really appreciate your feedback. I pushed an update for the cranking enrichment https://tunes.speeduino.com/#/t/kkHP...gine_constants
