Are you trying to put a '94 kit in a '99 car? Or just swapping in a '99 engine in your '94 and trying to keep the existing kit?
Depending on which of the two you'll need less/more parts ...

Assuming this is a Moss / JR kit, I'd suggest you begin by downloading and comparing the two instruction manuals which are available here and here.
