O2 Clamp Needed? JRSC 1.6l

Hi guys, been lurking some and just joined as I have a question I'm hoping you can help me with. I recently purchased a 1992 miata 1.6l with jackson racing supercharger. Fuel control is by an AFPR, no other engine management is present, as far as I can tell. I installed a wide band and the AFR's look pretty good overall. Pulls from a stop result in AFR's in the mid to low 11's, or sometimes upper 10's through every gear if run to redline at WOT. The problem is in roll on. If I open the throttle fast in a roll on, AFR's hang in the mid to upper 13's then settle down to 11's or 12's, after a few seconds. If I roll on the throttle slowly, the AFR's stay in the 11's to redline. This problem is more prevalent in higher gears. Is this something that an o2 clamp/signal modifier will help with? From what I understand, the o2 clamp has the most influence under 4k rpm, but this problem occurs at any rpm in a roll on situation. Any help/advice would be appreciated..

Isn't 10-11 too rich under boost?

Meh. It's not hurting anything.

It's the 13s that are the problem.

Stock ecu problems.

Ya, I realize a new ecu would be the best way to fix the issue, but I would rather not go down that route right now. Would an o2 clamp help richen the afr on high throttle, low rpm boost?

Doesn't sound like something I'd worry about. Then again I value 1.6s around $100.

I usually tune turbo setups around 13:1 at low psi and low rpm. Slamming the throttle and flooding the cylinder right away isn't great. I'd ask for a datalog, but....
