Default 01-03 JRSC on 99-2000 compatible?

Will the Jackson Racing 01-03 model supercharger compatible with the 99-2000 Miatas. What I need to know is this, is there a difference in the throttle body's and/or in the dummy throttle bodys' between the 01-05 Miatas and 99-00 Miatas?
