E-Cool is an extra fuel injector after the blower in the SC'r manifold. Tom says it works better than water could as he's can right the laws of physics. That injector was fuelling the difference between 6 and 10psi!

no crap. IIRC, his "tuning" instructions are the following:

tune boost to 13:1.
tune e-cool to 12:1.
replace rings.
rise.
repeat.

Not circulating hot coolant will cut down on the heat in the passenger compartment. I don't have A/C, so it can get a little toasty.

Yeah I think we all get that... My point is that by not circulating the coolant through the passenger compartment you increase the chances of overheat.

oh yeah, since the coolant passes through another small radiator, it should cool the coolant ever so slightly before it's recycled back into the engine....correct?

OOPS, sorry to spoil your fun there Phil, but at no time has Tom EVER said that fuel cools better than water. He simply maintains that it works well enough to get the job done. Just want to keep things truthful.

ever notice how long it takes to warm up if you're running your heater from dead cold? the heater removes a huge amount of heat from the coolant.

well i know that, and it's even good to have as a safety device if you do start to overheat.

I'm just thinking about under normal conditions if one was running on a warm summer day and the heater was bypassed, would there be a noticeable different in the coolant temps coming straight out of the head and back as opposed to flowing through the core and back.

If your cooling system needs the heater core to maintain a safe temperature you have some other issues. You should address that instead of relying on a bandaid.
