Any suggestions for a good set of sway bars for the track?

It is impossible to make a meaningful suggestion without knowing anything about how you have the car setup. Take a hour to review the interactive Miata suspension calculator from FCM (link below). Compare your current setup (shocks, spring rates, ride height, front & rear sways) to some of the optimized examples shown on the spreadsheet and you should be able to make an informed decision on what sway bars will provide safe and predictable handling on your car. For the track (especially if you are doing high speed circuits), you will probably want to err on the side of more front roll couple (FRC) than stock. Lowering FRC from stock by going too big on the rear sway bar can be dangerous at the track.
