Default Spring rate info from you experts!

Looking at Ground controls, need help with spring rates and spring lengths for spirited around town driving and occasional track days. Here is my current set up.
99 w/ 5 speed non torsen
KYB AGX's with factory strut mounts
Racing Beat tubular sway bar (front) with adjustable links. stock rear
Enkei PF01 15x8
Hankook rs3 225/45/15
I don't mind offsetting some ride quality for handling. However I would prefer not to **** blood for a week after a road trip. Any and all helpfull info would be appreciated. Thanks

If you're keeping the AGXs, I wouldn't go much more than the 375/250 that are the usual GC kit paird with them.

The 600/375 FCM combo that I have now is more comfortable on the street than the 375/250 KYB AGX setup I used to have.
