Default Noisy (and old) bushing - oem ? aftermarket ?

Hey,

I believe my bushing are squeaking and I know they are old.

What should I use ? (street and once a month track use)

OEM ? price ?
Powerflex ? 500$
Prothane ? 270$
Energy Suspension ? 235$

$175, with best offer option (so you can probably try an offer of like $160 and see if they accept)

taking apart 20 year old suspension is a pain in the ***.
installing bushings is a pain in the ***.

I want something quiet, I understand the polyurethane are noisy - am I right ?
