For that price you can buy real ones???

I run Ebay ones but I only paid $50 for mine and pitched the springs.

In Sum:
1) Great for coil over type sleeves
2) Needs good shocks, the springs alone won't save you
3) Spherical mounts etc. are extra

With properly valved shocks they can work really well. They are pretty high quality, and the GC staff is fairly knowledgeable but there is only so much difference between sleeve type coil overs. It's tough to get spherical bearings and other things but for a street setup, they work pretty well, I can them on an FC I had for years (yes I know the title says NB stuff, but GC coil over sleeves are more or less the same for every car).

what about these instead? Haven't others on this forum used these? Aren't their spring rates 450/350?

375$ VS 75$shipped plus some Qa1 springs if you don't like the rates.
