Anyone want a clutch disk cheap?

I tried to re-install the transmission myself after changing the clutch and managed to bugger up the splines on the clutch disk. I ordered a new one (ACT-3000203), but was wondering if this one is repairable in some way so I could keep it as a spare, or sell it to recouple some of my losses. The splines are damaged but not destroyed, you can get a clutch alignment tool in there with a bit of force, but it doesn't slide in and out easily like it does on good splines.

Being an antisocial prick sucks sometimes when you don't have anyone to help with a two man job :crx: When the new disk arrives I will guilt my wife into helping with getting the trans back in.

Get the HF trans jack. Put the transmission on it. Use your regular jack to jack to front of the motor up as high as your can so it tilts back. Jack up the transmission so that it is about level with the engine. Put one hand on the front of the trans, and your other on the back. Lift the trans slightly and slide it into place. You may need to put the driveshaft in and turn it slightly to get the splines aligned. I just did this exact method 24 hours ago by myself. It took about 10 minutes to get the trans up and in.

HF trans jack is junk. Bolt a piece of 2x6 to your regular jack and make a cradle.

Car is on my lift, so have to use the high lift trans jack. I have a high lift jack stand lifting up on the crank pulley to tilt the engine. Problem is the "lift the trans and move it into position" part of this operation. I have a herniated disk in my lower back, so I have to take the "anything over 50 lbs is a two man lift" rule seriously. This is why I need my wife to help out, she will lift the tail end while I guide the front into place.
