Axle seal leaking AGAIN. tried multiple seals

Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help me with an issue I've been having. A couple of weeks ago I noticed my diff was leaking, it had not been leaking long. I purchased a new axle seal form the local NAPA, installed it, and went for a drive. It was still leaking...... I tested the breather valve at the top by blowing some air into the fill plug hole, vented fine. So I ordered 2 Mazda seals, installed it one this weekend, again same issue, leaked. Not sure if I have another issue, just trying to get ideas.

When installing the new seals, I used a seal installer, so the edges are not messed up. The leak is coming from the axle shaft/seal section, not the case/seal area. I greased the contact area and made sure the shaft was clean and not marked up or grooved.

Any ideas?

When I reinstalled my axles I used Napa Sil-Glyde on the seals per the recommendation of someone who knows a lot about racing Miatas. Knock on wood, but I have zero issues after doing that.

What grease are you using?

Did you check the shafts for wear grooves?
