ISC manufactures Delrin offset bushings for UCA.
Superpro makes poly(?) offset bushings both for UCA and LCA.

I've aligned my car again (Miata race tech, years of experience), and the front cannot be had any more than -1.2 degrees (nothing is bent). Looking back, I've had this issue for a while. I'd like to have an even camber all around, but, no luck.

So, what say you? ISC or Superpro?

not sure I believe nothing is bent (unless you are on stock ride height). What is your ride height?

I changed subframes and gained lots of camber and caster on one side (but lost camber on the other).

It seems likely to me that if you have a > (some amount) difference between the sides then there is something bent... I think the manual has an acceptable tolerance, although I am not sure what that is off the top of my head, nor if that is reasonable in real-world use.

Dunno if there is a big difference between NAs and NBs, but I am at 13" F/13.50" rear and I can get in excess of 6* caster. I think you got some work ahead of you . I definitely had lower than 4* caster as max before my subframe change. Have them both low seems like a strong indicator of bent suspension components....

Something weird is afoot. You should be able to get more than that. Did Lester tell you nothing was bent? This sounds like bent LCAs, but would be weird to see that on both sides.

I specifically asked Les if anything was bent. He said "no"
Perhaps he could only get this much on the driver's front, and matched the pass front.

But, I've been looking over my old data, and apparently I've always had this issue of low camber in front (about -1.2)

Things are rarely visibly bent...

considering you are losing like 1-1.5* of camber, it would be pretty difficult to pick that up without "high precision" instruments or a jig or something. Just saying, I have never had a suspension guy be able to identify if anything is bent without measuring the caster/camber/toe (even then it was usually a guess).

Let me put things in perspective.
I got in the car. The tech raised the car, strapped the camber plates to the car and machine, took about an hour to align things per my request (-2 all around, 1/16 toe out front, 1/16 toe in rear, 12.75/13.25 ride height, max caster), and after setting everything in place told me (while I was still up in the air) that the driver side could only get -1.2, and should he set the rear at -2?

At THAT point I asked him if anything was bent. Les (Apex Automotive, truly knowledgeable guy) said "no"

You have to do a compromise, don't go full caster or you'll lose camber adjustment.
And everywhere you check, 4-5 degrees of caster is what seems to be the norm and track proven. Don't think you run E36 where 10-11 degrees is worth some time.
