Brake ducts for RB Type 2 Nose

I made some 3-D Printed brake ducts for my Racing Beat Type 2 Nose/Front Bumper if anyone else wants to use them or improve my idea. These end in a 2.5" diameter hole as those match the singular ducts on my car. I only have one bumper to test, so they have a bit of tolerance built into them. You'll have to notch them for the bumper support bar that gets in the way, and then drill two holes to mount bolts. Use a longer thread so the bolt will squeeze down on the bumper. For printing, there is one thicker flange that is meant to have the holes mounted on it, and I used a higher infill since the walls are holding the part together. You'll need to mirror the file for the left side bumper inlet. I printed in high-temp PLA and coated it in black spray paint to hopefully keep the sun damage down on it and to hide them better. These aren't seeing much heat in their location, so I expect PLA should cut it fine.
So far it's survived 200 miles of driving and one autocross. I hope to test it at Buttonwillow this Sunday and report back.

These simple ABS + 2.5" intakes were what i had mounted before. Adequate but could be improved.

Very awesome. I was thinking about doing something similar to this. I'll have to a set printed up.

Would you mind posting the STL for the right side? I opened the file in SolidWorks to convert it to an STL, and its not playing nice. Soldiworks seems to be unsure of what the dimensions are. Trying to get MidTenn a set of these.

Try this one. It's in inches, so you might have to rescale. They survived a full day at Buttonwillow, but I'll pull them off to inspect and re-tighten the mount.
