Dumb question about sourcing a 3.9 rear

So i've searched and couldn't find a clear cut answer about which car DEFINITELY has a 3.9 rear.

So there is a 2003 for sale with a 6 speed and leather. They say it is an LS and has sport brakes and bilsteins but I'm a state away so I can't check.

Thoughts?

I thought every non-MSM 6 speed in the US got a 3.90, but maybe someone else can chime in to verify.

99-02 6 speeds got 3.9's. 03-05 ALL six speeds were 4.1's. Go google the Flyin Miata gear calculator and it says so on that page.

this is whats on the FM website:

Stock rear end ratios for North America
1990-93 5-speed 4.30
1994-97 5-speed 4.10
1999-05 5-speed 4.30
1999-03 6-speed 3.909
2004-05 6-speed 4.10

2006-15- all trans 4.10
2016-? 2.866

However, i've thought others have disputed this so I wasn't sure

Ah, I was one year off. I had an 04 MSM that was a 4.1 and an 01 6 speed with a confirmed 3.9.

99-02 6-speeds got Torsen 3.9s. '03 was the less desirable T-F diff, but still a 3.9. All 04-05 6-speed cars were 4.10s.
