Heim joint solid or poly bush endlinks
I have a Racing Beat tubular front sway bar and factory rear bar in my '94. For the last two years I have run the racing beat poly bushings in the front and factory links in rear. I have one pair of solid bushing links in my garage. Would i benefit from using a combo of the solid in front and poly in rear instead of what I have in there now? Would I notice the difference?

I don't think you'll notice a real difference. But if it were me, I'd use heim joint style over solid every time.

I rephrased the question to clarify the solid metal vs poly. This car is mostly weekend and autocross driven.

you probably won't be able to tell the difference but I'd use heim joints/poly over factory any day.

I've run poly and solid front with solids in there now, couldnt differentiate

Next question. Do I need to install conical spacers, etc. as sold on the 949 site? The RB poly links just reused the factory bolts. I do not currently have the 949 hardware for the solid links, just the links themselves.

You need spacers of some sort, be they the conical ones like 949 or some small diameter straight steel ones you turn on the lathe. You really should run the ones from 949, You can see on my home brew setup where the spacers have hit the exposed teflon lining in the rod ends.
