oh but mythbusters has comedy. and isn't that what really matters?

That whole thing has bad news written all over it. Would make for a fun autocross.

I hope the guy doesn't install "stop leak" into his oil pan for poor compression. :jerkit:
I mean couldn't the person possibly figure out that he did something wrong when he installed the shocks and tightened down the shock rod nut? All I can say is "FUCK ME" :bowrofl: Musta been a "UTI" graduate :giggle: |
it HAS to be a joke, i hope

You know, for all its procedural and scientific inaccuracy, I love that show. When the hell are we going to see some new episodes? |

It's the part of the assembly that's supposed to go below the upper mount, thus holding the whole assembly together. His shock rods are just poking through the upper mounts, not really connected to anything.
Not sure how Mythbusters comes into play. I've never had an NB apart. |
Maybe I should start browsing m.net again, I could at least get some good laughs from the epic failures. That's exactly how my Land Rover Disco was when the shock bushings went out, you could open the hood, bounce the car, and watch the top of the shocks just sit still.
