Cool idea. I work with Bellevilles at work for some motor designs and never thought I'd see them in a car application.

According to the configurator, the overall length would be almost 9 inches for 500lbs/in and 3 in of deflection.

I get a height of 6.840 if you're willing for your 500 pound springs to only deflect 2.952 inches. Thats for the rear right? The front springs for 500 pound rears dont work though. Unless you're willing to accept less travel. They need stiffer washers.

Honestly, I don't know. I just guessed at 3 inches of travel needed for some end of the car to see what the OAL would be. I've stayed pretty ignorant of how much wheel travel our cars have/how much spring length is needed.
