What springs will raise my car an inch?

What springs will raise my car an inch?
I am running the FM springs ~ 340/220 and my ride height is 11.5f/11.75R
I want my ride height to be 12.5/12.75
What spring length would I need in the 350/225 range and
what spring lengths in the 400/250 range.
I assume that the spring rate will have an effect on the overall length due to different compression factors.
Rather than rolling the fenders I'd rather invest the money into getting the proper ride height for the street

and you wont have to worry about spring rate per lowering inch

Keep in mind that my new custom valved bilsteins have $250 miles on them.
I like the spring perch idea. I'm going to search for them in a second, but in case you have a link, where do you buy the adjustable perches?
So far I'm seeing that the sleeves loow you to drop up to 2.5", but not rasie any. Can anyone confirm/deny this???
Looks liek I can get a half inch very easily: http://www.flyinmiata.com/index.php?...umber=13-59000

I had the same problem on the same springs, so I made spring spacers. See my ad in the for sale section, $40 shipped gets you both sets of spacers, which were good for about .75-1" for me. They're both .66" thick, but with the geometry of our suspension (any suspension actually), it doesn't equal a .66" lift. Spacers sit on spring perch, spring sits on spacer.
I'll post some pictures in a minute. Definitely the cheapest solution for now.
crappy picture of the spacers, but you get the idea:

I like curly's spacers, but here is the GCs. This is the first place I looked, probably better deals out there.

Sounds like he's picking up my spacers. They were great for me, made by a professional russian machinist btw. Dude came to America at 20 something, he's now 50 something, and he's been running manual mills and lathes ever since. His English still sucks, so you can imagine where all his time and focus has been. He whipped these up in about 10 minutes each. Not that they're that complicated, but they are nice.
