Some kind of hard plastic. More then likely the same stuff cutting boards are made out of (if I don't end up using cutting board). It works great in the jeep world for bushings that get abused 20x harder then these will ever see.

Do you have the means to machine this part, or are you going to send it out to be machined. Im hoping to get this done quick, however Im away from my car except for the weekends.

This weekend I can take some measurements and have a drawing made up by early next week. I'm guessing it would be a simple shape, some sort of doughnut. I might even be able to have it machined from aluminum on the cheap. However, I'm guessing an aluminum doughnut would end up stiffenning the entire bushing. Any input here?

If anyone could post a picture of the stock doughnut, it would be much appreciated. Also, If anyone has a pair to sell I'd be interested as well.

I will be doing it "in house" I thought about using aluminum, but feel the other material will work better.
