Yeah, I got it. Was just trying to understand whether there'd be a difference between the NA and NB packages insofar as total compression travel is concerned. Probably worth it to do an NB tophat conversion, if the NA version re-uses the OEM NA mounts.

Hey hang on a sec there Buffo, is having some issues with what appear to be 250 lb 7" sprangs, you might want to wait till he responds to the other thread to make sure that there is enough travel in 250lb 7" springs without coil bind.
Got my ricelands on the way, but I'm going to wait on springs for a little bit.

If he uses the stock NA tophats he should be fine with them. When I went to ISC racing tophats, I removed a good .75" of spring height, this was one of the major contributing causes to my issue. I had no issues with 7" 300lb rear springs on NA hats, on paper, the difference in the compressed spring height between 300 and 250lbs springs on the rear should be less than .5", swapping the tophats is what ultimately did me in. When you remove the .75" off the tophat, you lower the body by about one inch alone. So I have the jack the spring higher to raise the body, but to prevent bind I need to actually lower the spring...
I also keep a good 75lbs. of **** in my trunk, no joke.
In fact, he can buy my 250# 7" qa1s for $55 shipped and try it himself.

I'm going to throw this out there without too much to back it up, but I'm having the same problems as Brainfuck, but with standard Tein springs.
The one thing we both have in common is we both just installed ISC tophats with setups or spring rates people usually don't combine them with.
Spring settling is a different issue though, and springs are designed to never hit their fatigue range, unless poorly designed/manufactured.

So I've been rocking these for a while just fine but recently I added a roll bar with door bars and I'm having a slight issue. If I go into a driveway at a steep angle, one of the rear tires picks up off the floor and then my car has trouble going up since I have an open diff. Would putting the helper springs back in help solve this issue or do I just need more travel so that the wheel will still make contact with the floor?
It makes contact and it bucks the car a little. Feels kind of like wheel hop but I can usually put it in reverse and wiggle the steering wheel a little and it'll roll back and I can try again. My car isn't super low anymore, I can clear speed bumps just fine. I got 1 finger wheel gap on the front on a 16x8 wrapped in a 205/40 and 2 fingers wheel gap on the rear, same rim/tire.
