New Clutch Versus New Turbo/Tuning
I am starting to realize new problems the closer I get to the first start up on my turbo NA8. I am fairly comfortable driving the stock 1.8 setup, but this will be the first clutch ever that I will have to break in.
I have just realized that I don't know how I should go about tuning while breaking in a new clutch. It sounds a little counterintuitive, but I am running a ZM1-XTSS clutch for a 1.6 on my NA8 along with a 1.6 Fidanza flywheel. I've heard that breaking in a new clutch should take roughly a gas tank or two with a lot of city driving. Luckily, I do have a dead end street close to where I live that's roughly a mile long which will be helpful for both break in, and tuning.
What are your guys experiences with this? Any suggestions or tips?

Are those freshly machined flywheel and pressure plate, or have they been run before? I typically try to just drive around town normally for a few days on fresh machined surfaces. It will take a little tuning to get the driveability nice anyway, so just don't dump the clutch at first, and focus on making the car drive nice.
With just a fresh friction disc on used surfaces, I don't worry about it at all.
