Default Tubular control arms @ 949Racing

These are pics of the pre-production samples.
Rear control arms
Front control arms

Weights are about 3lbs lighter per corner than OEM.

Additional camber adjustment is done with OEM alignment eccentrics at the front lower ball joint. In the rear, the outer pivot on the upper control arm also accepts an OEM eccentric bolt. Not pictured here are the proprietary 95A (very hard) urethane bushings and OTS upper ball joint which will be included in the kits. Made in the USA for exclusively 949Racing by V8 Roadsters. Yes, they are orange powder coat. Pricing not set yet but expect them to be very reasonable. They will also be available individually for you STS2 guys.

These are are intended to bridge the gap between exotic spherical bearing arms for an E production car that are already available elsewhere and the flexy and heavy OEM arms while offering the increased alignment range.

We should be shipping the first kits beginning of May. Taking order in the next few weeks. Email us to be put on the mailing list. Come check them out at MRLS.

Those would be pretty pimp when matched up to the V8Roadsters tubular subframe (coated to match, of course). Once my engine rebuild is out of the way, I'll definitely look at these a bit more!

Emilio,

Any plans to make a drop upright to correct the stupid amounts of lateral roll center migration when lowered? I know the investment isnt justified, but you were thinking about casting a new head at some point ;-)

Awesome!
Btw, I agree with the rest on the color. Black powdercoating should be much better

Interested, mostly since the upper control arm's bushing is replaceable. Bumped mine into a curb and it's been a little squeaky ever since.

Estimated Price?

I'd be down for a set if I don't end up broke as hell by the end of the semester.

A lot of win there Emilio.

Are you going to have NA and NB versions available?

I dont see why people care about the color so much, if they come powdercoated who cares what color they are. Its under the car anyways.
