Default NB Sport Brakes Problem

i have pulled my sport brakes off my car after every track day for the last 3 times out and the bottom sliders are stuck in place making the pads stick. After pulling them out there is no grease left on the rubber section but around it is still lubed. Some one told me the file down the rubber sleeves and try again and i have done that 2 times now with no change to them getting stuck. Any one have any suggestions?

New rubber sleeves. High temp, waterproof grease. I use Neo 850*, but it's f'ing expensive. HRPWorld has a better price than my local spot. I still have replenished it every once in awhile. Like the Toyota brakes I worked on recently better. Stock Miata calipers kinda suck.

Corrado rotors aren't a great design. Or even good. And the low offset means wheel clearance for the caliper is substantially reduced compared to a properly-positioned rotor. I'd only use them with the M-Tuned kit.

Here's a rotor that fixes the Corrado's downfalls: Brake Rotor (Slot) - CORRADO (G60) FRONT 89-91
But in our testing on our time attack car, we haven't had any issues running the OEM style Corrado rotor.
