Power Sports Brakes peddle has to much travle
I have a 02 with powered sport brake, abs, and the pedal is way to soft and has 4-5in of travel. Even with new fluid and bleeding it's as if i have 50% braking power no matter how hard or how deep i push the pedal. i do not have and/or it doesn't feel like i have full brake power until the last 1/4in of pedal travail tell it is floored.
i want more feed back and more less travel needed to get my full braking potential. |
jeez dude... i had to decrypt your message for everyone here. 100 posts and you dont know basic rules yet?

and word "doesn't" doesnt exist in your dictionary either i guess :)
well... to answer your original question - check your brake lines and try to re-bleed the system couple or 5 times again. usually you need to bleed it for long time if any air at all got in. also check brake master cylinder. |
Bleed your master. Your brake pedal is fine.

mines the same way, no amount of bleeding gets rid of this.

NBs with the ABS unit are a bitch to bleed. I gravity bled mine this past weekend and then did a conventional two many bleed pushing the pedal until all the bubbles were gone. Seems fine to me now but I'll know more when I start the car this weekend.
