Default Raybestos H15784A Disc Brake Hardware Kit

Hi guys

can anybody can tell me what the pair of clips right at the bottom of the picture are for?

The ones that I'm referring to are the shiny pair right at the middle, bottom section of the picture

Much appreciated

How about a picture angle where we can actually get some detail?

Shitty iPhone pics need not apply.

Since all of the other clips are the only ones you need, I'd assume that those are "brake pad indicators" or "squeal clips". You clip them to the pad and when the pads get worn down enough, the indicators start scraping against the rotor. The idea is to let you know it is time to change the pads.

I would not use them.
