Quickie: What size are the propshaft to diff bolts?

Hey guys, so after I got my transmission in I noticed how undersized my 4 propshaft - diff bolts are. I know there was some discussion about how this does not matter, but I don't see how they wouldn't take a shear load (no keyway to anything to prevent it). So, I don't feel comfortable with undersized bolts. Plus when I took em out, they were loose, and I know I tightened them before. So I need new bolts anyway.

Does anyone know the I.D of the bolt holes so I can go get some bolts?

Thanks fellas!

I do not, but I know that your average hardware store probably won't have something that fits right. The OEM mazda bolts have a shoulder near the head so they fit snug. You likely have 1.6 bolts in your 1.8 driveshaft/diff (or hardware store crap).

^This... the 1.6 bolts are 8mm, 1.8's are 10mm. I'd try to find some stock 1.8 bolts.
