Rear Metal on Metal Noise

Been trying to locate this noise for a week or so now

I recently noticed that when I get rolling, shift, or reverse if there is enough torque to the wheels it makes a snapping/metal clanking sound, its only one clank and does not make any noise while moving. It definitely sounds like it's coming from the wheels because sometimes I hear the left followed by the right.

Any ideas on what it could be?

(replaced rotors, pads, and bearings and made sure everything was snug and tight)

Something in the suspension setup in the rear. Get down there and look to see what'll move when the rear end gets some torque.

a few possibilities

Do you have coilovers?
If you do - springs could be twisting, or they can be re-seatting if they weren't properly located.

Sometimes pads stick, especially if caliper is not retracting fully. or you could be missing a metal shim holding the pad.To see if it is suspension or brakes try this - get into the trunk, stand there and kind of jump up and down. If no sound - raise the rear and rotate the wheels by hand and listen for sounds.
