Default Ground control coilover kit question?

My car currently has Bilstien shocks with these ebiach ground control sleeves/springs kit installed on them

one of the bilstiens are blown out and im going to replace them completley (springs and all)

my question is can the spring/ground control kit be taken off of the shock?

also how much should I ask for the ground control kit? im going back to a real spring because the new coilovers have them already, and im not really liking the ride height let alone im not really tracking the car or anything like that.

I dont know much about them they look like this

and when i say how much are "they worth i mean the springs/sleeves/hardware" not the actual bilstien shocks im going to hang on to those for the future

Yes you can take it all off the shock.

I'm interested in them. Find out what spring rates they are, then PM me.
