Just want to update the thread based on the performance of the SD bilsteins. Today, yesterday's tomorrow, I did an open track day in wet to downright pouring conditions. I was running old non K Azenis 615's-not the greatest wet tire but surprisingly the car stuck well. The rear never side stepped and the fronts only hydroplaned a couple times over running streams of water across the track in hard corners. My Miata has an open rear end as well.

Actually I'm thinking "today" is such a more effective paradox. Since everyday is today eventually, your shocks COULD ship anyday, and everyday. But tomorrow never comes, it's always tomorrow today. I can see this working.
Customer: So you said yesterday my shocks would ship right? SD: Well, I actually said they would ship today. Customer: But that was yesterday, so they shipped yesterday right? SD: No, I said they would ship today. Today is today. Customer: Okay so they didn't ship? Or they did ship? I'm confused. SD: Not sure where the miscommunication is, I never said they would ship yesterday, or tomorrow. I clearly said today. So they will ship today. Customer: ............................... SD: Think about it. Customer: You win. |
They must be shipping them from the north pole or something since they keep bending time. Either that or its some kind of a worm hole they found up there.

Shitty update:
My daily driver just died on the freeway (fuel pump i'm pretty sure) and if my shocks had shipped i'd have the miata to hop in and drive as a backup. Lame! |
Problem solved. Looks like the AFM came unplugged a little bit. Well that was a waste of a 60 dollar tow!
I still want my damn shocks though! |
