Pad shape for these is 7420, and for those who are all about them Carbotechs, yes they do make that pad shape.

With Bridgestone making a 205/45R16 RE-71R, there's a pretty good case to be made for a high-horsepower dual duty car that runs these brakes, 16x8s on the street, and a 15x10 6UL with 245/40 RC-1s or Hoosiers on the track.

How much material really needs to be removed off each caliper lug? Can more material be removed from the hub lug instead? Or a 50/50 between both surfaces?

It's a small amount of material. There's casting flash on the caliper, you're just shaving it down flat. There is little/no casting flash on the spindle, so IMO it's best to remove it from the caliper side. I snapped a pic for the supplemental instructions but it's at the shop. Will post it tomorrow.

Enkei RPF1 16x8 +38mm. Doesn't get much 'gooder than that. If Andrew has a template for this BBK I can check clearance.

Well hop on that and I might have to get some new wheels. My last 15x8's were from you guys, too.

205/45/16 has a lot more selection in tires than 205/50/15 does, so this could be something big! I hope those RPF1's fit!

Curious if they clear stock NB2 16" alloys.

These:

It actually wouldn't surprise me if they did. Our kit puts the caliper fairly far inboard, and I know the factory 16s clear our V1 11.75" kit. Maybe Bryan (genesplicer) has a set?
