Finally got a box in the mail today. I have Friday cleared for the install. I'll post an update afterwards. https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1398715339

After talking to Keith from FM, I just bought 2 rear springs, 2 front springs and all 4 helpers. I have had them installed for about a week now. So total cost for me was, $180 for the
V-Maxx Shocks on ebay which came with everything but the springs. Got the the Springs from FM and paid $216 shipped. I have $396 in the suspension total. And going from stock suspension with just 205/50/15 Bridgestone RE11a's on the car, to the V-Maxx suspension plus the tires, massive difference. |
Should have gotten the longer v8 springs for the front. As far as i know they dont offer them for the rear

I mentioned something about the full length springs in the front to him, but he seemed more for the idea of the helpers in the front than the full lengths. |
I've had nothing but problems with those damn helpers. Just bought full length springs that should be arriving the end of the week.

Like what kind of problems have you been having.? |
Clunking from the helper springs on turns where the helpers unload just enough to open up. Helpers take away useful length from the main spring so if the main spring sags you're SOL. My experience.

weird because I never had issues with my vmaxxes ever
