Weird Suspension Noise

When weight shifts in my 94 something in the suspension shifts and makes noise. Below is a video of the noise with me pressing down on the front of the car. The car is a 94 with 184k miles on it, Xidas, stock swap bars. Is that noise probably just old bushings? Should I worry about it? Do I saw fuck it and drive the car to MaTG tomorrow even with these noises?

Thats enough of a noise that I'd jack it up and visually inspect at least. If a pal pushes on the car while you get close to the ground and listen its possible you could detect where it's coming from.
Did it suddenly just start or has it been getting worse?
Bushes are a reasonable call, perhaps sway bar end link bushes even?
My recent sway bar bracket death that wasn't really felt through driving, just the appearance of a noise, would make me want to check that just in case.

Sway bar.

I'll unbolt sway bar later today to see if that is it.

my first thought would be sway bar bushings as well...

If they are recently installed gen 2 Xidas, check the plastic spring guides for burrs in the ID. We hand finish those but a few slipped through with a bit of roughness. Harmless but they rub across the threads on the body and make a noise sorta like that.

Gen2 Xida's purchased from you last October. This is the second car I installed them on, no noises on the first one. I do have them raised up a good bit as it is a complete DD and I wanted ground clearance. The noises seemed to have started this past weekend when I raised the car a bit more and and swapped on the 15x9 6UL. Current ride height is a bit over 5" from the ground to the pinch welds. I will say I only had about 50 miles driven on them when they were lower, so its very possible they were making noises then, but I did not hear it. Below are pictures of the front 2 shocks. Lower springs are definitely tight.

Bigger pictures please. 9000px preferred. I can't tell anything from the pics.
Anyway, check the black plastic sleeves between the springs to see if they have any friction against the threads.

My money is still on sway bar bushings.

It was something with the Xida's, probably from them being jacked up so high. I swapped my Tokico's back onto the car and no more noise.

My little plastic collar was not binding, my driver front xidas (purchased july 2015) were making a horrendous series of noises, rears clunked too.

I'll see if the rebuild helped soon
