What Size Aftermarket Clutch Master Cylinder

Good afternoon.

On my next project I will be using an '06/newer Miata 5 speed with Miata slave cylinder.

I plan on using Wilwood pedals and their master cylinders.

What bore size Wilwood master cylinder would match up well with the stock Miata slave cylinder?

Also, the Morgan Motor Company uses the same era 5 speed in their new Morgan Three Wheeler. But they use a Volvo hydraulic throwout bearing along with the Volvo flywheel and clutch assembly.

My Harley motor will probably end up around 96" and around 90 lb/ft of torque.

This is their driveline layout with a S&S 2L v-twin running through their adapter housing and then mounting the Miata bell housing on behind it all.

I will say though that this setup does not last that long for the M3W guys. They seem to be replacing a lot of clutch assemblies.

Anyway, I plan to use the stock slave and any help for a bore size on a Wilwood master would be a big help.

Thanks.

Dan

AFAIK stock Miata clutch master is 5/8", so I would stick with that.

Harry, thanks for the reply.

Sounds like a good plan, just didn't know what they were as O.E.M.

Thanks again.
