I am happy to see them on the cutting edge of engine technology. This can only mean good things for the brand.

Excellent! I'll start driving the miata more to keep Mazda3 miles low for trade in :rofl:

36.8:1 AFR.....that's crazy. I have friends in the industry who have said that HCCI has been around for a long time, but the control systems were too expensive for vehicles. Props to Mazda for getting it to work on pump gas.

I'll believe it when I see it, but that would be pretty awesome.
