Any pictures of Nickel 6ul's on Green NB's?

So i've been wanting them forever. I always miss the used deals which dont happen too often, but i'm tired of waiting for the XTR's. I have seen a ton of pictures of bronze wheels on green NB's but I have not seen to many photos of Nickel 6uls.
Does anyone have any? I've seen 1 on the Miata.net.

Miata.net has a huge thread, don't quote pics or Emilio will ninja chop you.

Pitlab77 11-06-2010 05:23 PM

Yeah i've going through the whole thread for months now. Today I went through it again and only saw one green NB with nickle. towards the end.

I'm leaning towards the bronze.

Wish I would have seen your 15x8 black 6ul's for sale earlier this year. Hate not being able to check stuff during the day.

I have bronze and nickel. The bronze is a little juvenile but looks great. The nickel is gorgeous, refined, and gets lots of compliments; no one compliments the bronze wheels for whatever reason, and I'm really concerned with what people think. I want to get a set of silver, I think it will look better than the bronze...or go halvsies and run silver on one side, bronze on the other at the track. I got a little tired of the bronze over the last year, nickel is classic and will always look good.

Pitlab77 11-07-2010 11:52 AM

I actually I was not doing it for looks. I was trying decide which one would get me less looks, thus that is why I have been looking at the different colors. IF i cared about looks I would be hellastanced on sportmaxx's with a 0 offset.

I guess I should not worry about the finish so much if I am going to race on them anyway and use one of my other sets of wheels for the street.

But I'll take your cryptic message as a nod to the nickle.

lol @ your poor taste

Pitlab77 11-07-2010 01:38 PM

you failed to read my sarcasm.

chpmnsws6 11-07-2010 11:39 PM

You failed at his win.

If you are lazy and run a dusty pad, get bronze. If you don't mind cleaning them constantly, get nickel.

Bryce 11-07-2010 11:52 PM

Stan, you, nickel, NOW!

Do you want me to ban your ass?

Pitlab77 12-24-2010 12:39 PM

pulled the trigger on some 15x8's in silvers about 30 seconds ago. The autoX last week did me in. I know 9>8 but I feel that a 8 was a better choice for me.

Time to sell some of my 3 sets of wheels that are in the garage right now. I have a feeling that I will DD and autoX on the 6uls.

Tekel 01-05-2011 08:51 AM

Are the Nickels "hella bling and rollin on 20's" in person?" Looking at the 6UL but don't want to go all xzibit and rollin on chrome.

Faeflora 01-05-2011 09:29 AM

Too late now but I have nickel 8s on my car. Not BRG but it is green. Pics are in my build thread.

levnubhin 01-05-2011 09:42 AM

Your car isn't green.

Should be here and delivered to my parents house on Wen.
Bad news is I am going with a group of students on a field trip to watch a basketball game on Wen and wont make it over to my parents house, and Thursday I also have to be late at work because some of my students have moved on to the districts 6th grade science fair which is being hosted by my school this year. Arrrgghhh

Pitlab77 01-18-2011 11:00 PM

They got to my parents place. I'll have to wait till this weekend to mount them.
