Default Nexen N'FERA SUR4 225/45/15

A new challenger appears in the 200TW 225/45/15 market. Found this one while looking up some tire specs.

Sent some messages to a few folks to try and get a price on them. I'll report back as soon as I hear more on that.

I can just see him lurking for over 6 1/2 years, just waiting for this moment.

From google:

Dae Han Min Guk means the democratic nation of the Great Han (which stresses the Korean people's ethnicity). The English translation is: The Republic of Korea. During the World Cup, Dae Han Min Guk became a popular slogan to express Korean pride in their team and it continues to be used to express national pride.
Also, who the hell comes up with the names for these things? This is the worst I've seen in a while. nfera sur4?

I don't have forced induction nor good Miata advice to post yet so I don't feel like I have anything to contribute but there is some good info on this forum.

Being half-Korean, I'm just ever so excited when a Korean tire supplier / manufacturer tries to step up their game.

Maybe you can explain to them in their own language what N'FERIOR means before they get too deep into the naming process. Marketing is important.

LOL I don't think a Korean company would take the word of an American-born Asian. Quite a few Korean higher ups in companies don't even take into advice suggestions from workers in their own companies that are experts.

I care more about the product and how it performs. They could name it whatever they want as long as it is a great product as far as I'm concerned.

Some things don't translate over, or get lost in translation.

Glad to know the Sidewall is black.

Anything written up on them as in performance wise or reviews?

Actually my concern is shipping - not much selection in the UK and it's hard to find anything that will ship.
