I prefer my lugnuts to be "taken off and on again so much they don't really have a color anymore because the black coating is worn off from swapping tires at the track" colored.

I'm pretty sure you can find them available for sale somewhere. Mount the dildos sticking outwards on your rims, it will be like an old school gladiator chariot with the spikes on the wheels.. in your case dildos though.
