Will 205 Kumho fit on a 9" wheel?

Will a 205/50/15 Kumho stretch to fit on a 9" wheel? Any thoughts? I would guess that width would be around the lower limit of a 9" but I wasnt sure. This would be for track duty. Any insight would be appreciated.

Someone, Sav maybe, said that the 225 RS3's, which are known to be pretty wide 225's are very square and flush on 9's, so I'd think 205's are definitely going to be stretched.

It will fit.
But for track why the hell would you want a 205 vs 225?

If this was a street car I can understand not really caring about that, but for the track?
225 or bust

I've seen 185's on a 9" wheel. I wouldn't do on my car, but there are crazy enough people out there to do so.

not the best .
it will heat up faster.
205 on an 8" is good , but after that there is no benifit.the extra inch is just added weight.
why do you have 9" wheels , but not 225/ tires?

Kumho has recommends a rim with range of 5.5 to 7.5 on a 205/50/15 tire.

It will stretch on without any problems at all. But... to repeat ad infinity, for track duty and 9" get at least a 225.
