1.8 short block
 

Looking to buy a 1.8 short block. want to build it up and use my 99 head to replace my current engine. looking for local, south florida area.

Having motor issues? Lol

Want my 94 block when it comes out? If you are building it, the leaky rings do not matter.

Did you do the leakdown?

how much would you ask for it? you said it has 160k or something right?

no on the leakdown, skyrim has been keeping me busy since the gf is out of town lol

-aaron, i was going to pull the motor and redo the seals and stuff but i think it would be better to just get a shortblock and put in a set of ebay rods and new everything to start fresh since my motor has 160k miles. ( why pull old dying motor to only have to pull it again) i also noticed the front seal was leaking oil again, its either the front crank or the pan starting leaking. ill just deal with the leak until i can put together a new motor for a swap ( and more boost)
