It's a variable that I have not yet addressed. This misfiring problem is killing me...

Joe, if you'd like a cheap option, I think Ford Festiva's come with the same exact sensor (atleast it looked like it from the outside when I was pulling the TPS off of one of these) Those cars are dime-a-dozen at junkyards.
