I know everyone says this, but is FM's stuff really "crap"? I've got the FM Stage 1 and love it, and I haven't heard anyone say that their FM clutch is shit. Not to say the 949 racing clutch is bad, I will probably go with one on my next clutch just to try it out. But again, I really don't think FM's clutch's are bad.

I think I would receive infraction points if I answered this truthfully. I'll just say that I have not been happy with the FM stage 1 clutch, nor the heavy duty throw out bearing FM sells.

FYI, I just posted a FM Happy Meal clutch for sale in the classifieds. Brand new in box.
In full disclosure, I bought a 949 clutch myself. But alas, you can get the FM Stage 1 and 10.3lb flywheel (for 1.8L) at a discount. |

What clutch would you suggest for a turbo 1.6 on 10psi fm or supermiata? Will be doing a lot more autocross next year.
