Wanted: Some small parts from vendors that don't ship overseas. (so can anyone help?)

Well, like the title...
I really want some finishing touches for my car, but the two vendors I'm looking at don't ship overseas to the Netherlands.

The parts I really want:

Now the gear **** fits in a USPS Medium flatrate box, and I think the towhook and pedal extension will fit that same box easily.
Now the **** is $48 with fee shipping and the pedal/hook are $37,45 (ex. shipping) The USPS box is $43,23 when ordered online. So that's a total of $128,68 excluding the shipping from MiataLife.

Now of course I'll pay upfront and I'll send you an extra $10 if you really want.

Anyone willing to help?

as far as I can tell the tow hooks & gas pedal extension are from http://www.rennenmetal.com - they ship to Netherlands directly.

True, but then I have to pay $32,20 shipping for just the towhook+extension. So i'd rather have the gearknob ánd the towhook+extension shipped to me directly.
