WTB: 1.8 Crank and Rods
Trying to finish a build for my CSP car to start testing some stuff with.
Need a crank from a 01+ #BP06-11-300D, since the part numbers change, I'm pretty sure I am required to keep a 01+ crank per the rules & A set of stock rods, or hell a single rod would be fine too. Needs to be in good condition, no scoring or any damage of any kind. Shipped to a commercial address 28025, NC. |
I have Rods out of a 99' Block. They are out of a running engine and seem to be in good condition. I can give pics of needed. Will part with 1-4 idc I no longer need them.
|
I can give you four questionable rods for free with the head. most of them are wavy gravy but perhaps one might be salvagable?
|
Do they have to be unmodified. I have a set of polished stock rods. You can see your face in them.

Really need a crank though. 01+
|
I am suprised that you could not mix year crankshafts. How would they know, and why would it matter if they are the same dimensionally? Is there a difference in weight, design, etc. between different year Miata BP cranks that I am not aware of?
|
I'm not sure if there is a difference, they are different part numbers in the catalog though so I went with it...
If not...any 1.8 would do. |
I have a 99 crank. PM if interested
|
Bump...Need crank.
