you can ship a block and crank via ups ground.. shouldn't be that much.. I ship 60lb packages all the time for about $30 each. I'd put the crank in one box and the block in another..

I don't know how shipping to/from HI alters things, but DHL ground is always significantly less than UPS ground when sending heavy things across the 48.
