Default WTB: 99-2000 head or full engine

Basically, my head took a dump. cams and cam straps are destroyed. I need a 99-00 head or the whole motor asap. lmk what you have.

you may be able to have the bores welded up and bored back out as long and the head is not cracked, it may be more expencive than a head but we do it at work all the time

If you could find a set of cams, you can have the old caps "shaved" and then line bored. Then put in new (used) cams. I'm sure the valve guides and all that are fine. That would be cheaper than a new 99' head and a machine shop can shave and bore the caps for ~200 probably. Just need some cams.

Also if you can find a 95-97 kia sephia they have the same bottom end as a 94-97 miata but they have the MBSP from the factory (like the 01+ miatas). Just have to clearance the oil pan you have to fit the new motors MBSP.

Just some ideas. Just giving you some options to consider.
